Thumbs up for Thursday!!

              

It is thriving Thursday!!! so let"s have a thumbs up!! It is a glorious day in August, so what a great idea is to get some exercise outside in the bright beaming sun. Head out to the beach and get some rays before August comes to an end... Take a walk near the ocean and take in the fresh breeze, go for a jog, or even go swimming and surfing. But always remember wear your sunscreen you need to protect your skin. Always social distance when in a large gathering, play some volleyball or tennis is also a wonderful outdoor activity with friends and family and co-workers. Another great idea is have a picinic and build sand castles with your family, they will love it and you will love the enjoyment of each other's company.  

August is also wellness month get a check-up with your doctor regarding you BPH (Benign Prostactic Hyplasia). it effects older men generally middle age men and senior citizens. So if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Frequent urination, Nocturia, Weak or continous weak stresm of the urine, dribbling at the end of urinaion, Inable to empty the bladder, more serious symptoms are blood in the urine, urinary tract or kidney infections.
