The Countdown to Halloween and Prostate Health

T minus 6 days till Halloween! Are you keeping your prostate healthy while you wait for October 31st to come along? Warlocks, ghouls, ghosts and vampires are impatiently waiting in line tonight to go to the bathroom. Do you get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom too?

Luckily for the Halloween crew, they have a natural, plant based witch's brew to support their prostate health. They also lead a healthy lifestyle when they're not spooking the children. Even though you're just a regular guy, you too can take care of your prostate to alleviate the petrifying symptoms of prostate enlargement known as BPH! See your doctor and think about your options. Education is key! If you're not a fan of those spine-chilling side effect profiles or surgery, you may be able to try a natural plant based therapy. This is called phytotherapy. With the right ingredients, you may have the freedom of longer night's rest and less worrying about the bathroom!

Enjoy your Halloween weekend!

I Get Up Many Times At Night To Go To The Bathroom: Prostate Enlargement on Halloween

October 24, 2019
Did you look up online why you're getting up many times at night to go to the bathroom? Did you go to the doctor and have your prostate checked and tested, only to be told you have BPH? BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia is a medical condition that refers to a naturally occurring enlargement of the prostate, specifically the second stage of growth in a man's life.

How to help your prostate this Halloween:
- Walk with your kids during their Trick or Treating to get your physical activity in.
- Design some nutritious meals that have a Halloween theme (Pinterest may have some ideas) so that you can eat right and not go to the bowl of candy.
- Reduce your intake of chilly cocktails, creepy caffeinated drinks and spooky spicy foods.
- Dance in your mummy costume at your neighbor's Halloween party to get even more activity in.
- Take a warm bath in your cauldron for increased blood circulation to the prostate

How's Your Prostate Health, Mr. Lawrence?

Next week young boys and girls will dress up in costume and collect candy all around the neighborhood. Unfortunately Mr. Lawrence might have other plans. Instead of standing at his front door giving away candy, he's most likely going to stand behind his bathroom door trying to push out his pee, just as he's been doing for the past several weeks. You see Mr. Lawrence is experiencing what most older men experience with age: an enlarged prostate. This is medically known as BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). As a result he's having to get up many times at night to go to the bathroom and feeling like he still needs to pee even after straining to pee. His urinary situation sounds quite uncomfortable, and this is because of the male anatomy of the way the large prostate is squeezing the bladder and urethra. This diagnosis becomes increasingly more likely as a man gets older.

How can we help Mr. Lawrence so that he can partake in Halloween and give out candy to the children? Going to the doctor to monitor the condition and plan a course of action, healthy habits like eating nutritiously good food, activities like walking, jogging and swimming, avoiding spicy foods and caffeine to prevent aggravation of the prostate and urinary symptoms, reducing risks of infection by reducing sexual partners, and plant based, safe therapies could be the key to regaining quality of life after BPH! The frustration of BPH symptoms can sometimes cause frustration and depression in men if it's not treated, and in worse cases, become fatal if the man becomes completely unable to pee.

Let's help men like Mr. Lawrence get educated on prostate health so he can have a Happy Halloween and a Merry Christmas.

New York State of Prostate Health

Do men in the Big Apple have prostates the size of apples? Probably not, but in the U.S. alone almost half of men over 50 are purported to have BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) or prostate enlargement, so the older men of New York are probably not far off those statistics. Prostate enlargement can start to cause problems in urinating smoothly, frequency and urges to urinate, quality of sleep, and overall quality of life.

Because of the personal nature of prostate problems, men might be hesitant to speak openly about it. With prostate checks becoming stigmatized and satirized in media, who will take this issue seriously unless it severely affects them?

If you lead a healthy lifestyle and take precautions to maintain good prostate health, not only will the symptoms not be as much of a hassle, you'll also be able to travel around cool places like New York while living with prostate enlargement!

You won't have to hunt for bathrooms inside the New York Public Library or the buy coffee at a cafe just to use the bathroom (not to mention you won't aggravate your prostate with all that caffeine). Your mind will live in the moment of the big city sights like the Empire State Building, the Freedom Tower (One World Trade Center) and Central Park as opposed to suffering from poor prostate health and barely enjoying your life.

Happy Halloween, Healthy Prostate

Happy Halloween, Healthy Prostate
This Halloween season, your prostate health needs to get in check! Go from frequent unpleasant bathroom trips to urinary freedom and relief!

Trick or treat? Whatever you get, hope you have a ghoulishly good time this Halloween.

But if you have to wake up many times at night to go to the bathroom due to your large prostate, doesn't that sound like something out of a Halloween horror book? Well it's actually possible. BPH, or benign prostatic hyperplasia, is a naturally occurring enlargement of the prostate. Your prostate gets bigger as you get older. Since the prostate surrounds the urethra, the tube that takes out your urine, squeezing it would make it hard for you to relieve yourself. Oh no!
Here lies your poor quality of life from BPH!

Are you tired of your bewitched prostate giving you problems? Take healthy steps to reduce the impact of your bewitched prostate! Eating healthy, staying active, reducing spicy foods, caffeine and alcohol as well as reducing sexual partners will lower your risk of aggravating your bewitched prostate.

Let your bladder feel relief! Free yourself of the horrors of BPH! Enjoy your Halloween!

Men, Is Your Frequent Urination Prostate Related?

Men, are you heading to the bathroom more often than you used to? Are you getting up at night to go to the bathroom not once, not twice, but three times or more? Are you having to keep track of the location of the closest bathroom? Are you losing sleep from getting up at night often? Are you noticing that it's hard to empty your bladder completely? Have you talked to your doctor to talk about your urinary issues? Has he diagnosed you with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) or enlarged prostate?

The prostate grows as a man gets older, which may cause uncomfortable urinary symptoms in men. If left untreated, this could cause kidney damage and inability to urinate whatsoever. Fortunately, there are ways to manage BPH with positive lifestyle changes, nutritious diet and safe treatments to help reduce symptoms. BPH relief is out there! Consider your options and the pros/cons of each. Men can regain their lives and have healthy prostates if they get the right support!

What is BPH? While Listening to Prostate Beach

Did you know there's a song called Prostate Beach? Although the lyrics don't mention the prostate, this catchy tune was last seen as the background music for a BPH video post! Flashing on the screen is facts about what BPH is, including the incidence rate among older men aged 45-74, risk factors like aging and being overweight, and symptoms like frequent urination and problems emptying the bladder. BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia can affect men as they get older, but even if you're not old or a man, you can be proactive about learning more of this condition in support of men's health. Knowledge is power!

Some men might be afraid of going on medication or surgery, and if symptoms are mild and manageable with other means like lifestyle changes, active surveillance and natural plant based alternatives, you may not have to worry. Or, if you have severe symptoms, you should discuss the best course of action with your doctor because your mileage may vary with a combination of all of the above.

You want to go to the beach without your prostate dictating your trip, don't you? Frequent bathroom trips while on your well deserved vacation doesn't sound like fun, so get educated on BPH and prostate health so you too can sing to the tune of a happy prostate at the beach!

New Frontiers: Prostate Health on Social Media

How do you get people talking about men's health online? Making dry educational resources easier for the average consumer is a start! With our fast pace information highway and lower attention span, it can be tricky to get your men's health tidbits in front of a large audience. But if you don't try you won't get anywhere.

As humans overall live longer and as men get older, it's more likely they will encounter prostate enlargement medically known as BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). If you're getting up often at night to go to the bathroom, and if your doctor has already diagnosed you but you don't want surgery, building up a positive lifestyle and treating the symptoms naturally with no side effects could be just what you're looking for. SunJour offers UMOOZE, a clinically tested prostate support nutraceutical for men with BPH.

Most of us in the general population may never hear BPH unless we're an older man at the doctor. However, it's important that everyone knows what BPH is so we can help men around us get the help that they need. Let's spread awareness in support of this common condition in older men! Use your social media to do social good in educating the public!

A Halloween Story That's Often Untold: Why is my prostate getting bigger?

You might know that as a man gets older, the prostate gets bigger. It may sound like horrible, but it doesn't have to be! Your prostate health doesn't have to turn into a Halloween horror story this season if you get educated on how the prostate works and how to maintain a positive lifestyle. The prostate grows twice in a man's life: once is during puberty, and the second time is after around the age of 25. The size of the prostate starts to be around the size of a walnut, then to a golf ball, and then to a lemon or grapefruit, at which urinary problems are very likely to occur. The older a man is, the more highly likely it is they will be diagnosed with BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), which is the medical term for prostate enlargement. Because the prostate is under the bladder (which holds your urine) and it surrounds the urethra (the tube that takes the urine in your bladder out of your body), as it grows bigger the prostate will squeeze against the urethra and push against the bladder. This can make you feel urinary urges, but when it comes time to relieve yourself you'll find difficulty urinating smoothly. Urinary flow (speed) is reduced and you may have to push or strain to pee. Men may lose sleep because frequent nightly urges increase as well.

Does this sound like you or someone you know? Don't let your prostate health play out like this!

While there is no way of preventing the prostate from growing with age, there are things we can do to reduce or prevent symptoms from reducing quality of life. Physical activity, healthy nutrition, warm baths, pelvic floor exercise techniques, and double voiding practice may help you. Talk to your doctof if you are feeling symptoms to check on the severity of your prostate growth. This will determine whether you can try or need watchful waiting, medication, or surgery. You may also try taking safe ingredients to support prostate health. Plant based ingredients that are safe to consume with no side effect profiles and are clinically backed by clinical data are best.

So don't worry about your prostate, get educated and live healthy!

Chilly Halloween Nights? Stop Fearing your Prostate!

Have you been putting off taking care of your prostate? Like the cartoon by Mike Baldwin, "Doctor says I've got an enlarged procrastinate." Are you procrastinating on your prostate health? Halloween is coming soon, but that doesn't mean you have to be afraid of your prostate!

That joke by the Baldwin's cartoon is referring to enlarged prostate, medically known as BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia). This happens to all men as they age. The signs that may start to show up is frequent urination, especially at night, as well as difficulty urinating smoothly.

To take steps to improve your prostate health, take a warm bath to increase blood circulation, reduce alcohol and spicy foods, reduce excess body fat, eat nutritiously and practice pelvic floor exercises to strengthen your urinary muscles.

Now you don't need to be spooked this Spooktober Halloween!

Ignoring Your Prostate Health Could Lead to Halloween Horror

Are you taking care of your prostate health this Halloween season? As a man gets older, the prostate enlarges and squeezes on the urethra. This may increase your bathroom trips to unpleasant ones where it becomes difficult to urinate or empty completely. Imagine having to get up at night many times and losing out on a good night's rest because you're neglecting your prostate health.

Although at present BPH is unavoidable, it is certainly treatable. If you went to the doctor and you're on medication for BPH, you might not be happy to hear about some side effects like erectile dysfunction or ED. There are cases where BPH is severe enough to warrant surgery. For those who can't or don't want these options, natural, safe (side effect-free) and effective treatment options are available too. At the very least, it should start with your healthy lifestyle.

Don't ignore your prostate any longer or by the time you realize, your life will be a horror story to take to the spooky grave! Take care of your prostate health and continue to live a good quality of life.

How to Enjoy a Halloween Party while your Prostate is Enlarged

If you want to stay active even as the weather gets more chilly, try hosting or showing up at a Halloween party! But are you worried about constantly going to the bathroom because you have BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia), or an enlarged prostate?

You can still enjoy your life and go to that party! Since we're still a ways from Halloween, here are some tips to practice better prostate health:

- Eat healthy. Enjoy your candy, and get some healthy options in there too! Reduce your intake of spicy food to avoid irritating the bladder.

- Don't limit your fluid intake. Drink water regularly, more so during the day and less at night. This will make the urine in your bladder less thick and reduce irritation

-Practice double voiding and kegel exercises to reduce urinary discomfort.

BPH? Talk to your doctor, see your options, and promote a healthy lifestyle for yourself so you can enjoy Halloween and go to that monster mash!

Is Your Prostate Okay This Spooktober?

October is Halloween season! Are you getting your candy bowl ready for the kids? Back in September you were exposed to prostate health awareness, but once October 1st hit, did you really think it was over and done with? Not at all! Remember these tips to keep your prostate healthy this Halloween and avoid becoming a bony, trumpet playing Spooktober skeleton:

- Watch your nutrition! Of course you can enjoy those delicious candies, but reach for those fruits and veggies too! Also, you can get yummy sugar free candy (made with stevia extract) if you need to limit your sugar intake.

- Take warm baths! As it gets chillier outside, your prostate could benefit from blood circulation through a warm bath.

- Take a jog or a walk during the day! When it's warm outside in the afternoon, try taking a walk or job for your physical activity.

We hope you enjoy more skeleton memes in Spooktober while caring for your prostate!

Creepypasta: The Man with the Large Prostate

The walls and tiles on the ground are white. The air's a bit cold here. The little window above isn't letting in anymore light. At long last, I can be at peace. No one's going to bother me. Or so I thought. I hear some footsteps getting closer. At this hour!? The clock on the wall says 11:58. The door handle swings open and the door creaks, revealing Michael. Or was it David? John? Anyway he unzips his pants. I brace for the impact, but I barely get a drizzle before it stops midway. Uh oh. He's grimacing and pushing but no yellow rain keeps coming out of his hose. A few awkward seconds of staring at his ding dong in hand, and a stream finally comes out. It's painfully slow, I just want it to be over and done with. If I had a movable mouth, I would be cringing right now. Come on, hurry up! He used to in and out of this place in no time, now he's as slow as the ladies line in the public bathroom. Come on, finish and get out!
...
He finally finishes, leaving dribbles. Ugh.
...
It's very dark. Some night time bugs start to crawl around the floor. I hear footsteps. 1:47. Again!? He's back. His hose is back. The struggle to pee is real. His face looks miserable. He closes the door. Surely he won't be back till next morning, right?
...
2:29. He pushes the door again, this time slowly. Geez, I'm just trying to get some sleep. Just get out already and don't come back!
... 5:17.
It's almost the crack of dawn, aaaand he's back. You'd think he had just moved in here. Nothing came out of his hose.
...
He wakes up late, swollen bags under his eyes. He leaves the house. Now I can sleep.
... I see his lifeless body over a cold, steel table. The coroner is checking the man's insides. He pulls out a fleshy, grapefruit-sized mass. Aren't adult prostates supposed to be the size of a golf ball? "666 grams," the coroner says. So that's why he couldn't pee anymore!? If only you had gone to the doctor while you were still alive.

I wake up. So it was all a dream. Oh, and in case you didn't figure it already out I'm a sentient AI robot toilet. The end.

All cheesy horror aside, do you have to get up many times at night to go to the bathroom? Don't let your life play out like this! Go to your doctor and take care of your prostate health!

Our Parent Company Golden Biotech, Proud Sponsor of Free Men's Health Fair!

Saturday, September 28th 2019
New York, New York, USA
On Saturday morning, the U.S. office of Golden Biotechnology attended their first promotional medical conference in Harlem. Man Cave Health, an organization supporting men with men’s health related issues, held an inaugural event at Salem United Methodist Church along with sponsors including Golden Biotech, Pfizer, Jannsen, and Dendreon. Special guests included Ray Mercer, an Olympic boxer and Antonio Richardson of the New York Jets football team.
Men of diverse backgrounds came to get a PSA test as well as their blood pressure.  Golden Biotech talked to men about BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia) and discussed symptoms related to their BPH. We discussed how some medications may have unpleasant side effect profiles like ED (erectile dysfunction). We confidently offered a solution to BPH that is safe and natural.

The Golden Biotech booth received an abundance of traffic throughout the day. Many of the participants confirmed that they do in fact, have to get up in the middle of the night frequently to go to the bathroom. While some were not aware of what BPH was unless the symptoms were described, others had been formally diagnosed with BPH and had heard about finasteride, tamulosin and saw palmetto, so we shared with them our company’s option as a viable treatment for BPH when their doctor recommended watchful waiting.
Golden Biotech’s goal was to spread awareness of BPH and offer a solution to men who may be hesitant of medications with side effect profiles. As Golden Biotech spreads its message of natural solutions to better health, we are confident that the North American market will start to see the same level of acceptance for nutraceuticals as it does in Asia.
Thank you for the support from our Chairman for this opportunity to positively impact Golden Biotech and the patients that we serve in the United States.
