You can still enjoy your life and go to that party! Since we're still a ways from Halloween, here are some tips to practice better prostate health:
- Eat healthy. Enjoy your candy, and get some healthy options in there too! Reduce your intake of spicy food to avoid irritating the bladder.
- Don't limit your fluid intake. Drink water regularly, more so during the day and less at night. This will make the urine in your bladder less thick and reduce irritation
-Practice double voiding and kegel exercises to reduce urinary discomfort.
