I Mustache You A Question in Movember: Are You Getting Up Frequently At Night To Go To The Bathroom?

If you are an older male who is getting up to go to the bathroom many times a night, you may be losing sleep. Have you talked to your doctor? Some men who experience these symptoms, and other symptoms like the urge to urinate, stopping and stopping, weak urinary flow, feeling like you need to pee even after you just went, inability to empty completely, etc. may have an enlarged prostate, also known as BPH. If left untreated, it can interfere with the urinary tract and overall quality of life in men. This is common in older men because the prostate naturally grows with age.

As you grow your mustache this month of Movember, think about the older men who are going through this. Even if you're still a young or middle aged man, it's still important to be aware of the changes that your body go through as you age so that you can lead a healthy lifestyle. The earlier the start, the easier it is to implement and prevent further complications.

This Movember, support your fellow men and get them to be proactive with their health! Keep the conversation going with SunJour!
